Responsible to give guidelines for recruitment and selection process and support interviews for AES People (ES responsible for recruitment and selection process) Support the outsourcing recruitment and selection process / compensation for contingent workers (MX, ES all the staff and DR for permanent staff). Responsible for local termination process including the final exit interview and closing. Responsible for monitoring the implementation of benefits: vacation, birth and death benefits, retirement fund inscription, meal, Christmas, school, plant, gym benefits, and any other company & Union benefit if apply. Verify the proper functionality of supervisory structures and organizations. Coordinate the signoff for: onboarding documentation, orientation and induction in the prospective employee's area, in agreement or with the recommendation of the specialists. Support and follow up Share Services request though Cherwell (PR, Panamá, MX, DR). Assist representatives of labor government entities. Support employees and leaders concerns related to HR matters. Prepare documentation such as: letters and notifications to labor entities and put in place actions and guidelines of the labor lawyers to prevent situations. Perform administrative records to employees for disciplinary measures. Responsible for special events, celebrations and integration activities. Execute local Work Life Balance Plan Execute local Wellness Program Plan Coordinate with the local & SBU HR any internal or external communication related to talent and other HR matter Become an agent of change for corporate and / or local projects, ensuring the use of the internal methodology. Responsible of GPTW value proposition benefits. Complete all the information require for GPTW Survey, Culture Audit Report and Follow Up of actions Plan. Support leaders in Performance Cycle Review and encourage participation. Requirements 8 years in Human Resources, including demonstrated ability to partner with the business leaders to develop solutions and drive positive outcomes Experience within the energy industry preferred; or demonstrated ability to learn quickly Bachelor degree required, MBA preferred Skills or Abilities required Strong communication skills – written, oral, interpersonal Must be detail oriented and have analytical problem-solving capabilities and critical thinking skills Self-starter who deals well with ambiguity Strong presence and confidence to engage directly, constructively, and with credibility with leaders at all levels Change agent; demonstrated ability to identify gaps, position solutions, and promote adoption and positive change Successfully navigate between tactical and strategic objectives Experience in developing and delivering HR programs Strong understanding of the value each HR discipline brings Manages confidentiality without exception Proven reputation of relationship building/networking Strategic thinking; understanding of the SBU strategy and key financial and operational drivers and dynamics Agility; ability to work at a fast pace and shift focus quickly US, Guayama, Puerto Rico.
