Hvac Counter Sales Representative

Carrier Puerto Rico is currently searching for an HVAC Counter Sales Representative for our store located in Rio Piedras, PR. This position will be responsible for: Promoting Sales of HVAC replacement components, and aftermarket products to external/internal customers. Completing sales by entering purchase items into our internal inventory system; obtains payment; adds purchase to credit accounts and issues sales receipts. Maintain parts inventory by verifying supplies; placing orders when order-points are reached. Work in coordination with the Warranty Department to process claims and advise customers of internal policies related to returns or parts change. Provide superior customer service to customers. Assist with repairs, cleaning, maintenance and other facilities aspects in order to keep stores in neat conditions and compliance. Maintain equipment , and parts well allocated in the showroom to attract customers. Pick-up merchandize on the general warehouse, and accommodate it on the store's warehouse. Deliver parts and equipment to our customers around the island. Stock items by unpacking, arranging, and placing them shelves. Maintains safe and secure environment by following safety and security standards and procedures; complying with EH&S and CE Ethics Code. Successful candidates should have: Requirements Associate's Degree or Certification in Technical Refrigeration Three years of experience within the HVAC Sales and Distribution Industry Computer Literate Valid Driver's License -Cat 8 is preferable Previous Customer Service and/or Counter sales experience a must Forklift Experience EH&S and OSHA regulation knowledge Bilingual (Spanish & English) is preferred Ability to lift up to 25 pounds Focus on Results Negotiation Skills Team player Multi-Task Customer Oriented Ability to work on Saturdays Job Type: Full-time Qualification Questions How many years of Customer Service and/or Counter Sales experience do you have?
