What You'll Do:

As a Licensed Attorney working in immigration law, your role will be integral to our success. Your key responsibilities will include:

* Legal Writing & Research: Draft persuasive legal documents such as motions, briefs, and appeals. Conduct in-depth research on immigration law and regulations to ensure your work is thorough and accurate.
* Strategize and Analyze: Conduct consultations with potential clients and analyze immigration relief.
* Client Interaction: Work directly with clients to gather relevant information, explain immigration processes, and provide clear updates on case status. Build strong, professional relationships to ensure excellent client satisfaction.
* Collaboration: Review the finalized case packages from legal assistants, ensuring all documents are correctly completed and compliant before submission to U.S.-based attorneys.
* Drafting Declarations & Supporting Documents: Prepare clear, compelling declarations and additional supporting materials that help strengthen clients' immigration cases.
* Client Service Excellence: Maintain a high standard of client service by addressing inquiries promptly, providing professional guidance, and ensuring clients are well-informed throughout the immigration process.

What You Bring:

We're looking for a highly skilled attorney with the following qualifications:

* Legal Education: A law degree from an accredited law school.
* Advanced English Proficiency: Exceptional command of both written and spoken
* English, as you'll be drafting legal documents, communicating with U.S. attorneys and clients, and conducting legal research in English.
* Strong Legal Research & Writing Skills: Demonstrated ability to perform thorough legal research and draft clear, concise, and persuasive legal documents.
* Attention to Detail and Organizational Skills: A meticulous approach to case preparation with strong organizational skills to manage multiple cases and deadlines efficiently.
* Professionalism & Ethics: A high level of professionalism and integrity, maintaining ethical standards in all aspects of your work.
