Summary Execute the sampling of Packaging Components and Raw Materials according to current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs) and all applicable Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's). Execute testing and release of Packaging Components. Accountable for verifying that established government and customer procedures are being adhered to in all production areas and stages. Inspects printed components accuracy and compliance according to GMPs and SOPs. Performs AQL inspections of commercial products. Education: Bachelor's degree in physical science, preferably in Chemistry or Biology. Experience: Typically requires a minimum of 2 years of experience performing sampling of packaging components and raw materials according to current good manufacturing practices (cGMPs) and all applicable Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's). Experience with performing AQL inspections of commercial products. Competencies: Good knowledge and understanding of basic instrumental technologies. Awareness of quality and regulatory requirements in the pharmaceutical industry. Good problem solving skills and logical approach to solving scientific problems. Demonstrable interpersonal and communication skills Spanish/English (both oral and written). Ability to read and interpret technical procedures and governmental regulations. Ability to apply mathematical operations to such tasks as determination of test reliability, analysis of variance, and correlation techniques.
