Descripción del Empleo:
* Annual salary $45,000.00 + annual bonus * Experience in operation, troubleshooting and maintenance of the following equipment:
Air compressors, Mechanical Systems, Industrial Boilers, Chill water systems, Air handling units, Refrigeration systems (Ammonia)
* Experience in management and improvement of Utilities equipment maintenance programs
* Coordinate ongoing preventive maintenance and repair work on facility mechanical, electrical, and other installed systems
* Comply with all safety procedures and requirements
* Support any afterhours building needs and activities as required
* Supervise subordinate staff in the operation and maintenance of utilities, facilities and mechanical equipment.
* Supervise contractors in an emergency or project situation.
* Making sure that the building meets health and safety standards and legal requirements
* Other assigned tasks as requested
Requisitos:
* Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
* 3+ years of experience in the utilities and facilities maintenance areas
* Experience supervising technical staff
* Fully Bilingual
* Computer Skills including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), AutoCAD,
* Ability to work on own initiative
* Understanding of the maintenance work process.
* Knowledge and experience with preventive and predictive maintenance.
* Strong command of written and verbal communications.
* Leadership, organizational, time management and facilitation skills
