Perform basic calibrations of instruments on process and utility equipment.
Assist the team with maintaining an up-to-date working spare parts inventory system for the equipment/ systems the team is responsible for.
Ensure that calibration paperwork, instrument files and work order documentation is completed with accurate information.
Assist in the development, revision, and updating of related SOPs for work related areas. Configure and repair microprocessor based instruments and controllers.
Basic troubleshooting and repair of process control and laboratory instruments.
Plan and schedule own work activities with operations staff to minimize impact to production activities. Other functions that may be assigned.
Requisitos:
Associate degree and 2 years of Maintenance experience
High school diploma/GED and 4 years of Maintenance experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
GMP Documentation and Practices.
LOCK OUT/TAG OUT.
Maximo/SAP documentation software.
Flow /Gases Instruments Transmitter calibration.
Temperature Element Calibration.
Pressure Indicator Transmitter Calibration.
Weight Balance Calibration.
Level Indicator Transmitter Calibration.
