Full Time Opportunity

General Description

Complete the subscription process of title insurance policies in accordance with the applicable laws, regulations, guidelines, and manuals.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Analyze legal documents and issue an opinion for title policies

Issue title policies following the subscription guidelines of each insurer

Update the information of the title policies in the systems

Communicate with lawyers and clients to request documents for the issuance of title policies

Answer customer questions regarding their policy coverage or status

Support in the claims process

Education

Bachelor's Degree
Experience

Two (2) or more years of related experience, or paralegal experience prefer in notarial and property law.

Other Qualifications

Writing and verbal communication skills; in both Spanish and English

Knowledge in Microsoft Office 365, Outlook, Word, and Excel

Ability to identify and resolve situations

Strong communication skills and ability to handle difficult conversations
