This position is TEMPORARILY remote due to COVID-19. Once the executive decision is made to return to our office space, you will be required to report to the physical location. We are also mandating remote employees have a minimum internet speed of 10 Download/5 Upload to be eligible for hire.
Job Summary:
We are searching for a polite, professional ISR employee to work closely with other team members to provide outstanding service to our nations veterans by answering questions regarding their disability compensation. The The ISR may handle a high volume of inbound or outbound calls or both and should seek to create a positive experience for each veteran. They will listen to clients to understand the reason for their call, address all questions in a professional manner and provide an accurate and efficient response. To be a successful ISR, you should be customer-focused, detail oriented, and efficient. You should be polite, reliable, knowledgeable, and adaptable. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for handling intro calls of veterans and providing a positive experience for them
Follow up on important documents needed
Track cases to strategy department
Assists in other functions as needed
Required Skills and Competencies:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills
Understanding of company products, services, and policies
Proficiency with computers, Microsoft Word, Excel and PDF; especially with CRM software.
Strong time management and decision-making skills
Adaptability and accountability
Proficiency in the English language is a MUST. Speaking and writing skills must be above average
