Intern/Agronomist Position In Santa Isabel

3rd Millennium Genetics, LLC. is seeking for an Intern to assist in all phases of field operations and research. The main responsibility is to work in all operations related to field activities such as planting, pollinations, harvest and seed processing. Supervise and train temporary employees in all field activities.

Requisitos:
•Educational Qualifications Desired: BS degree in Agronomy, Plant Science or related discipline. One year of experience in agricultural research or the seed industry.
•Ability to work extended hours during the peak planting and harvest seasons.
•Leadership and people management skills.
•Computer skills. Experience with MS Word and MS Excel, PP
•Attention to details.
•Proficient organizational and record keeping skills.
•Communicate effectively, both written and oral, English/Spanish
•Understanding of crops, farm equipment and maintenance.
•Cat. 4 license and pesticide applicator license
