International Traffic Coordinator

Descripción del Empleo:
Duties include: Greets the public in-person, over the telephone and/or emails. Performs routine office duties such as routing international shipments, tracing, customer service, works with documentation, notification of shipments. Explains standard department procedures, regulations, rates and services. Processes general office paperwork.
Requisitos:
Requirements: Excellent oral and written communication skills. Full Bilingual (English & Spanish), Good organizational skills. Multi task oriented. Must have good analytical skills. Able to work under pressure. Knowledge in Microsoft programs such as Word, Excel, and Power Point. Bachelor Degree, preferably in Business Administration or Associate Degree * Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience in the logistic industry.
