GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
Participates in the management and delivery of a variety of projects designed from or assigned to the department.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Complies with a detailed work plan for each project assigned, consisting of the corresponding implementation phases, projected time frames, process owners, and status documentation.
• Prepares and presents summaries and analyses for the assigned projects.
• Performs search, research, and analysis of the information requested for the assigned projects.
• Prepares reports and presentations in English and Spanish, as needed.
• Participates in activities and visits organized by the Units and/or Departments to understand and become more related to how they operate within the Company.
• Supports the development and documentation of metrics to monitor, evidence and/or support results attainment.
• Must comply fully and consistently with all company policies and procedures, with local and federal laws as well as with the regulations applicable to our Industry, to maintain appropriate business and employment practices.
• May carry out other duties and responsibilities as assigned, according to the requirements of education and experience contained in this document.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Experience: Active student enrolled in graduate or undergraduate school to obtain a bachelor's or master's degree from an accredited institution.
