*What they are looking for:*

This project requires up to 40% of the time to be outdoors, conducting physical audits at various locations throughout the island (For this, a corporate vehicle will be provided). The remaining 60% of the time, the person will be in the office conducting various clerical tasks.

*What you'll be doing:*
* Conduct physical vehicle inventory audits at dealers.
* Maintain open communication in case of audit discrepancies.
* Review, digitize & import vehicle origination documents in digital storage platform.
* Download and distribute digital vehicle origination documents to the corresponding dealer.
* Send vehicle origination documents to the dealers.
* Attend to miscellaneous dealer requests.
* Resolve issues with vehicle distributor and rental companies.
* Review, respond to and store emails as required.
* Create and distribute reports on a weekly basis.
* Data entry of dealer financial statements in the designated system.
* Other miscellaneous tasks, as needed.

*Qualifications/ What you bring (Must Haves) – Highlight Top 3-5 skills:*
* Bachelor's degree preferred.
* Proficient in MS Office Systems: Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
* Manage Adobe Acrobat DC and Nitro Pro documents.
* Experience in organizing and archiving digital documents.
* Valid PR state license.
* Good verbal and written communication in English and Spanish required.

* Experience in customer service.
* Self-starter and independent.
* Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
* Problem-solving skills.

*Availability:*

Monday to Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm
