We provide a wide array of products, programs and services throughout the home financing process.
Prosperity Home Mortgage is looking for an experienced Remote Mortgage Loan Underwriter to join our team.

Must reside in Iowa.
No exceptions.

Experience in Conforming, Non-Conforming, FHA, Jumbo, VA and other loan types.

The Remote Underwriter reviews all credit, asset, income and collateral documentation to produce a sound credit decision based on PHM's policies.

Qualifications

Five plus years of Underwriting experience required.

Two plus years of Consumer Lending experience in a judgmental environment where scoring models were used primarily as a guidance tool.

One plus years of Consumer Lending experience in Government Lending.
