This position will be interacting with clients every day and require candidates withoutstanding customer service and communications skills, ability and willingness to multitask, and previous experience working in a multi-customer environment.Work will include both remote support and on-site support at client facilities. All services must be documented. Candidate must have availability to work after hours or weekends (if needed), bachelor's degree, CompTIA A+, Net+, Sec+, and CCNA certification or related experience is required.
The following technical skills are required.Please ONLY APPLY if you have strong ability to install, configure and use most of the following:
- Network devices and services (routers, switches, VLANS, VPN, QoS),
- Firewalls (Fortigate, PfSense, Cisco Meraki, etc.)
- Windows Server
- Acronis Backup and Recovery
- Virtualization (VMWare/Hyper-V, Virtual desktop, etc.)
- Mac OS and Linux,
- O365
- VoIP Telephony
- QuickBooks & Peachtree (installation and update).
- Surveillance Cameras, Burglary Alarm, and Access Control Management.
Non-Technical Requirements:
