Job Description The IT manager is responsible for managing the computing infrastructure of the organization. Responsibilities will include desktop support for Windows, eMail administration, networks administration. The IT manager is also responsible for the network and phone systems at the offices as well as finding solutions to ensure efficient and seamless interoffice communications. Identifies approaches that leverage resources and provides cost effective systems solutions. Maintains network, systems security, and keeps service level agreements with internal and external clients. Requirements Requirement -Bachelor Degree in a Quantitative Field such as Information Technology, Actuarial Science, Operations Research, Computer Science, or Engineering. -Five years relevant experience in information technology -Ability to communicate with and understand the needs of non-technical managers and staff. -Successful track record of conceptualizing, creating and delivering multiple IT projects on-time and within budget. -Experience in assessing user needs and system functionality in order to meet current and future needs. -Experience managing vendor/consulting contracts and agreements. -Experience working with web-based technology and "off premise/cloud" based infrastructure and application solution. -Proficient writing and giving presentations. -A networks certifications is a plus -Proficient in English and Spanish both written and verbal. -Strong mathematical skills on networks, software, communications, computer equipment, and Domain administration. -Excellent problem solving skills, able to effectively troubleshoot issues remotely.
