WE'RE HIRING: IT OPERATIONS MANAGER – ALIVIA HEALTH, GUAYNABO
Are you ready to lead the technology backbone of a growing healthcare network? At Alivia Health, we're looking for a driven and experienced IT Operations Manager to oversee our infrastructure, cloud environments, and system reliability—ensuring business continuity and secure operations across the organization.
In this role, you'll work hand-in-hand with Cybersecurity, Compliance, and IT Services teams to align our operations with regulatory standards like HIPAA, NIST, and CIS. You'll also lead a talented IT team, manage vendors, and shape our disaster recovery strategies and system performance initiatives.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
* Lead the management of servers, storage, cloud (Azure), and network infrastructure
* Ensure high system performance, availability, and security
* Oversee disaster recovery and business continuity planning
* Enforce change, incident, and patch management processes
* Mentor the IT Operations team and support business-critical escalations
* Manage vendors and contribute to IT budget planning
* Maintain compliance with healthcare and cybersecurity standards
? WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
* 5+ years in IT operations/service delivery, including 1+ year in a leadership role
* Strong background in networks, firewalls, VPNs, VLANs, SD-WAN, and cloud systems
* Experience with HIPAA, NIST, and CIS compliance frameworks
* Excellent understanding of systems administration, VoIP, data storage, and security best practices
* Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience with certifications)
