IT Portfolio Management Specialist
Executes and coordinate strategic plans for implementing information technology projects contributes to organization's effectiveness and efficiency observing company Technology Standards. Responsible to register, track, generate status reports and provide issue resolution guidance on regards Information Technology projects.Communicates project information to stakeholders and maintain the project information repository. Analyzes and presents information in a straightforward and easy to understand manner. Understand and contribute to Global Manufacturing Operations (GMO) organizational strategy.
Assure IT adherence to site Management System, specifically leads the evolvement of the IT Tier Management process assuring employee engagement. Serve as SharePoint or Teams Collaboration Maintenance and System Administrator for the Information Technology Department. Influence sites SharePoint sits implementation and improvements, as applicable. Actively assist in the development and management of projects in the areas of cybersecurity, digital modernization, applications implementation, system upgrades, data center Infrastructure and related.
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Science, Engineering, Business Administration or related discipline.
• Previous experience on leading projects in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
• Basic knowledge on regards cGMP validation life cycle.
• Basic knowledge on computerized system with data collection software (database).
• Basic knowledge of network communications protocols (i.e. DeviceNet, Control Net, TCP/IP, etc.), desirable
• Familiar with GAMP5 methodology for validations.
• Familiar with Data Integrity requirements. Exposure to 21 CFR Part 11 requirements.
• Background in pharmaceutical products manufacturing environment.
