It Project Manager

Inteldot has over 14 years in the life sciences industry with allocations across Puerto Rico, the United States, Europe, and Japan. This is a great opportunity for one of our leading clients in Puerto Rico.

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of a Windows 11 upgrade initiative in a regulated pharmaceutical environment. This role involves coordination across IT, validation, QA, and business users to ensure full compliance and minimal disruption to operations.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
Coordinate with stakeholders to define scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely delivery of required assets.
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
Ensure alignment with CSV, data integrity, and 21 CFR Part 11 requirements.
Lead project status meetings and provide regular progress reports.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
3+ years of experience in IT project management in pharma/regulated environments.
Proven experience with operating system upgrades (Windows 10 to Windows 11 preferred).
PMP certification is a plus.
Strong understanding of validation and compliance in regulated industries.
