It Suppor Technician

Job description Job Type: Full-time - Troubleshoot desktop computer and network problems for business, and administrative computers and servers;
Provide high quality REMOTE level I end user support;
Ensure all service requests are documented and followed up for completion in our internal Helpdesk database;
Install, modify and perform repairs to network equipment;
Must be detail oriented and have the ability to prepare various types of service requests and reports for upper management;
Make recommendations about technology solutions;
Troubleshoot all technology issues; and
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requisitos:
Requisitos Required experience: IT Support: 2 years Required education: Associate
Must have two years of IT Help desk experience;
Ability to follow standard operating procedures;
Fundamental knowledge of Windows, LINUX, UBUNTU.
Fundamental knowledge of Routing protocols, Mikrotik, Ubiquiti, Cambium, and Wireless
Proven experience and knowledge of PC/Server hardware repairs, maintenance, and OS installations;
Knowledge of how to install and troubleshoot computer-related devices (video, sound, Ethernet, printer, scanner, camera, etc.);
Excellent customer service and communication skills (written, verbal, and otherwise).
Must be able to work individually and as a part of a team;
Fully Bilingual
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: Associates Degree in Information Technology or a related field or equivalent combination of related work experience and training.
