It System Support

Descripción del Empleo:
IT System support is responsible for maintaining the system stable, server and data maintenance, technical support to users, database management, equipment maintenance and creation of SQL reports.
Duties:
Manage company Windows Server including backup/update/installation/setting, networking, desktops and Android tablets.
Manage large CRM/field service software system including Android mobile app.
Quickly learn software application. Train employees. Help users with issues, usage and instructions.
Understand company business requirements. Work with all departments to make software system/hardware/network running smoothly and seamlessly. Manage/collect/document software issues and user needs.
Work with software developer to get issues resolved and custom features well done
Requisitos:
Required Skills: Knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10/7, user management and rights, security and firewall, Windows Server and components installation/settings, log error troubleshooting.
Knowledge of Android and business mobile apps.
Knowledge of computer networking, router advanced settings and port forward.
Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and settings, database backup and restore.
Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and SMTP settings.
Experience with using large software system, e.g. ERP
Experience with accounting software like Sage a plus.
