We are searching for candidates for the IT Technical Support position in the Caguas Area. Candidates must able and willing to provide maintance and update to SHIMS and UNIVERSE databases and make back ups. Provide training to the personal in the company. Able to keep the PCs, Laptops with operating system UNIX in working order.
Requisitos:
Candidates must comply with the following requirements: -Associates Degree in Data processing and Business Analysis.
-Certification in A+, Network+, and Microsoft
-Fully Bilingual (English and Spanish) Written and Spoken.
-Able to handle various task at once (multi task)
-Able to diagnose, and solve problems with computer equipment such as Printers, CPUs, modems, etc.
-Knowledge of UNIX (IBM AIX), operating systems for PC, UNIVERSE Platform, and software packages such as: Windows, Wordperfect, Procomm, etc.
