Description:
The IT Technician will assist with system imaging, deployment, testing, and troubleshooting as part of the Windows 11 upgrade. This hands-on role will work closely with the project team to support smooth rollout and user readiness.
Responsibilities:
Install and configure Windows 11 on end-user devices.
Backup and restore user profiles and applications.
Perform hardware and software compatibility checks.
Provide on-site technical support and resolve post-upgrade issues.
Document configurations and changes as per project standards.
Requirements:
Associate degree in IT or related field; certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft) preferred.
2+ years of experience in IT support, including OS deployment and desktop support.
Familiarity with Active Directory, SCCM, and ITIL processes.
Excellent problem-solving skills and customer service orientation.
Experience working in GMP or regulated environments is a plus.
