Descripción del Empleo:
IT Technicians Job Description: (Low end Techs) - Setup computer workstations with computers and necessary peripheral devices (Routers,Switch, printers etc..)

Essential Duties

- Install and configure software
- Maintain local network
- Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems.
- Provide training and awareness to technology and software components.
- Troubleshoot and resolve problems across all technology platforms and networks.
- Maintain records/logs of repairs and fixes and maintenance schedule.
- Good customer relations skills.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

Excellent oral and written communications skills. (English and Spanish) Self-starter and self-motivated.
Demonstrate strong leadership skills.
Highly skilled in consulting with clients to ascertain and define need or problem area and determine scope of investigation required obtaining solution.
Requisitos:
Practical experience with systems development and implementation life cycles, specifically of complex systems.
Able to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully.
Strategical planning for technical hardware and network gear
Highly proficient with vendor/client relations
Highly skilled and proficient at troubleshooting, repair, and configurations
ISP knowledge and WAN/LAN troubleshooting required
Required working knowledge and support of AD, Azure, Office 365, Patching, servers, VPN, etc..

Minimum Job Requirements

2 to 3 years IT technical skills with wide variety of knowledge
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience.
