Descripción del Empleo:
Provide technical support for the company's products and services in physical or remote form, including but not limited to: Computer and peripherals troubleshooting; OS Maintenance; Network troubleshooting; Database Management (SQL and NoSQL); Server Management, including Windows AD and Linux; System installation and configuration; Product assembly, pre-installation staging, installation and configuration. Read, modify or create code for existing systems, specific tasks or as part of an escalated support.
Requisitos:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or another IT related career. Experience with networking systems, Windows, Linux, and IT troubleshooting in general. Critical thinking, problem solving and excellent communication skills. Optional: Computer programming in Python, mobile or web development.
