Overview of the position:

The Java Developer Analyst will be responsible of designing, implementing and maintaining java application. Also takes part in software and architectural development activities. Identifies production and non-production application issues. Develops, tests, implements and maintains application software. Recommends changes to improve established java application. Develops technical designs for application development. Develops application codes for java programs and technical documentation at the different step of the process.
Requisitos:
• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject.
• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Experience in the Health Insurance Industry
• Proven hands-on Software Development experience
• Hands on experience in designing and developing applications using Java EE platforms
• Object Oriented analysis and design using common design patterns.
• Proficient with Web Technologies like HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
• Strong knowledge and experience of Relational Databases, SQL, TSQL and ORM
technologies (JPA2, Hibernate) with Oracle and MSSQL
• Work experience developing Web Service and Client using SOAP and REST with Java.
•Strong experience in developing web applications using web framework (JSF, Spring,
Struts)
• Experience in developing JavaScript and JavaScript libraries like JQuery
• Familiarity with GIT and TFS is preferred
• Self-Starter
