Jr. Financial Analyst/ Full Time

Descripción del Empleo:
A junior financial analyst is responsible for assisting senior analysts in various accounting and/or financial management duties like consolidating and analyzing budgets, income statement forecasts and performing analysis of actual results at corporate and division levels. These tasks are essential to ensure company’s performance and success and will be direct assistance to C.F.O. and Finance Manager working closely with Executives and will assist with special projects assigned upper management.

• Analyze and interpret financial and market data to provide logical, repeatable explanations. • Prepare financial reports on market trends, customer analysis, statistics, costs and margin structures.• Analyze business processes and procedures to identify areas of weakness; offer solutions to improve operations. Among other duties and responsibilities.
Requisitos:
• BA degree in Accounting, Economics or Finance • Minimum of 1 years’ work experience in public accounting experience including auditing, analysis and/or finance. • Excellent computer skills on MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint) • Excellent knowledge and experience with accounting software and databases • Good time-management skills, with ability to multi task and prioritize • Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success • Strong analytical skills, critical thinker and problem-solving skills • Fully Bilingual: Spanish/English (verbal and written)
