In this role, he will work with a highly energetic team, contributing to a world-class manufacturing industry in Puerto Rico and the United States.
Responsibilities: Perform a variety of routine tasks associated with the Phytogen Seed Company research program Assisting with the repair and maintenance of field equipment, limited operation of field equipment, organization of samples during harvest and/or processing, and limited driving of a company vehicle.  Field research operations related to planting, thinning, weeding, pollinations and sample harvest.
Sample processing operations including preparation of supplies, sorting, ginning, weighing, preparation for shipping and seed packaging.
General facility operations including general clean-up, organization of samples and supplies, and other routine tasks as they arise.
The Technician's Assistant may also perform additional tasks as requested by the supervising Field Technician.
Operation of mobile field equipment, such as a tractor or cotton picker, and stationary field equipment, such as a module builder.
Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Agronomy or related field.
Availability to work all shifts, weekends and Holidays.
