III. *General Purpose: *Assist the Director in sales & marketing initiatives and performs work in support of goals. Follow the latest industry developments, research market trends, and stay up-to-date with the competition.
IV. *Essential Duties:*
· Support the Sales Director in sales & marketing initiatives and performs work in support of goals
· Follow the latest industry developments, research market trends, and stay up to date with the competition
· Building relationships with outside brokers to promote our listing
· Building relationships and negotiating deals with clients
· Determine client's needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them
· Assist with company listings and leads
· Participate in presentations and property tours for potential clients
· Networking to attract new clients
· Drive golf carts for property tours and showing our residential units.
V. *Education/Experience: *Bachelor's degree; one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience with sales and customer service. Valid license to practice the profession of Real Estate Agent or Broker. Experience with real estate sales preferred.
VI. *Physical Demands: *Frequently uses hands to finger, handle, or feel, talks and hears. Regularly stands and sits. Occasionally walks, reaches with hands and arms, climbs, balances, stoops, kneels, crouches, or crawls, tastes or smells. Occasionally lifts to 50 pounds. Drive

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
