We are growing into Puerto Rico — and we're looking for a talented Web Developer and Marketing Support Specialist to join our team.

Position Overview:

As a Web Developer and Marketing Support Specialist, you will work directly with our Marketing Manager to bring marketing campaigns to life through web development and operational support. You'll have a full creative team backing you and will play a crucial role in building, maintaining, and optimizing our clients' online experiences. This role may include digital ad setup, data tracking, conversion analysis, and general support tasks tied to content and marketing execution.

This is a full-time remote position in 2025, during which in-office options near San Juan, PR, will be introduced and possible transition into hybrid near San Juan.

Duties

* Develop, update, and maintain client websites (primarily WordPress and other CMS platforms). You will not be relied on for designing most sites.
* Support SEO efforts through technical optimization and blog publishing (content provided by the creative team).
* Assist with the setup and management of digital ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
* Implement and monitor data tracking (Google Tag Manager, Analytics, Facebook Pixel, etc.) and potentially report on conversion performance.
* Provide general marketing support, including content uploads, scheduling, and light email marketing setup.
* Troubleshoot technical issues on websites and recommend optimizations.
* Support SEO services with Marketing Manager when applicable.
* Collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager and creative team to execute marketing strategies.

Qualifications

* 2+ years of professional web development experience (agency experience a plus).
* MUST provide a portfolio showcasing proficiency in front-end web development
* Strong knowledge of WordPress, Elementor, and popular CMS platforms.
* Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and web standards.
* Experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and setting up tracking pixels.
* Familiarity with online advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, etc.).
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
* Comfortable taking initiative and problem-solving independently.
* Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit.

Nice-to-Haves:

* Experience with basic graphic design (Adobe Creative Suite)
* Knowledge of SEO best practices.
* Familiarity with CRM platforms (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
* Spanish/English bilingual skills are a plus.
