L2 Onsite IT Support Technician
Primary work Address: San Juan-but the Tech will need to provide coverage as needed for 6-8 other facilities in PR.

Description:
We are looking for an L2 IT Support Technician with strong experience supporting Windows 10/11 OS and MS application support. MS certifications would be preferred. Desktop/laptop and server HW support. This resource will on occasion support other company locations in PR as needed. Good End User support and troubleshooting experience.
