Lead Data Scientist

As a Lead Data Scientist , you will lead the data team to answer business problems through analysis and programming. You will use your expertise in math, statistics and machine learning to determine the best analysis tool for the use case. Responsibilities: Lead and mentor data science team Translate business questions into data problems Build algorithms to maximize revenue for outreach center Lead analysis/reporting of current business operating metrics, focused on building visualization and dashboards for broader team Provide timely insights and analytical support to different internal stakeholders to support effective business decision-making Partner with Engineering and Product team to test and analyze features for Contact Center internal tool and influence prioritization of roadmap Qualifications and Skills: Demonstrated ability to communicate complex analytical issues to technical and business audiences Proficiency in data transformation, cleansing and interpretation Expertise in SQL and experience with Big Data stacks (Hadoop/Hive/Pig/Spark/etc.) Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (math, statistics, computer science) Masters or PhD is a plus 8+ years of experience is required, 5+ years for those with advanced degree Proficiency with statistical programming environment (e.g. R, Python). Significant experience with eCommerce, display advertising, audience segmentation, classification, online auctions, A/B testing, or marketing analytics is strongly preferred Ad Practitioners LLC is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer
