Lead Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Lead Specialist to join our team, The Sanders Firm.

This role is crucial in maintaining our firm's growth and ensuring the highest level of client care. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for all new inquiries and will handle initial client screenings empathetically and professionally.

*Key Responsibilities:*

* *Initial Client Screening & Intake:* Serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and web forms.
* *Accident Detail Retrieval:* Conduct trauma-informed interviews to collect incident specifics, including:
* *Date and Location* to verify the Statute of Limitations.
* *Injury Severity* by confirming if medical treatment was sought or if documented damages exist.
* *Liability Assessment* to identify fault and existing police reports.
* *Case Qualification:* Vet potential leads against established criteria to determine claim viability.
* *Conflict-of-Interest Checks:* Perform real-time scans against the firm's database to prevent ethical or legal conflicts.
* *Data Management & CRM Entry:* Accurately input all gathered data to facilitate a seamless transition to attorneys.
* *Lead Nurturing & Follow-up:* Manage outreach to "stalled" leads and prospects who haven't signed a retainer, ensuring no viable cases are lost.
* *Referral Management:* Tactfully decline leads that do not meet criteria and provide referrals to partner firms when appropriate.
* *Consultation Coordination:* Schedule meetings or virtual consultations between qualified prospects and the legal team, managing calendars and sending reminders.
* *Administrative Support:* Assist with the verification of preliminary documents such as insurance policy details and initial medical records.

*Qualifications:*

* High School Diploma required.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential.
* Bilingual is a strong advantage.

*Skills:* Proficient in Microsoft Office, Bilingual Preferred
