Licensed Mortgage Loan Originator

Descripción del Empleo:
We are looking for candidates with strong attention to detail and ability to perform industry related analysis required. Responsible to obtain and direct or monitor the processing of loan applications and oversee the completion of all documentation and fulfillment of all closing conditions for each loan; including, without limitation: analyzing the prospective borrower’s income and debt, and pre-qualifying the prospective borrower (2) educating the prospective borrower in the home buying and financing process, (3) collecting financial information and other related documents that are part of the application process
Requisitos:
Strong selling, customer service and communication skills. A good working knowledge of all aspects of real estate lending including knowledge of all applicable laws, regulations and programs. Proven ability to develop sources of mortgage loan application business. Must be currently licensed with NMLS or ability to become licensed within 30 days of hire. Previous experience in Mortgage Industry, preferred.
