Esplendor Service Group is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaning and Maintenance Technician (Limpieza y Mantenimiento) to support the cleanliness and upkeep of our facilities at Chalets Las Cumbres Condominium in Bayamón. This position plays a key role in maintaining a safe, sanitary, and professional environment for residents and visitors. The ideal candidate is dependable, takes pride in their work, and can perform tasks independently while also collaborating with a team.
Requisitos:
Responsibilities Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing assigned areas.
Clean and maintain restrooms, common areas, hallways, and outdoor spaces to ensure high hygiene standards.
Conduct basic routine maintenance checks and report any equipment issues or repair needs.
Assist with minor maintenance tasks as needed (e.g., light repairs, inspections).
Organize storage areas and ensure cleaning supplies are properly stocked.
Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures during cleaning and maintenance activities.
