*Job Summary*
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual for the position of Limpieza y mantenimiento. This role is essential in ensuring that our facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

*Duties*
* Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces.
* Maintain cleanliness in common areas, restrooms, and office spaces.
* Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs.
* Assist in minor repairs and maintenance tasks as needed.
* Ensure that cleaning supplies and equipment are properly stored and maintained.
* Report any safety hazards or maintenance issues to management promptly.
* Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing all duties.

*Qualifications*
* Previous experience in cleaning or maintenance roles is preferred but not required.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
* Good physical stamina; ability to lift and move items as necessary.
* Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies is a plus.
* Excellent time management skills and reliability.
