Job Description: Trains and leads a group of Light Assemblers, Machine Tenders, or Quality Control Inspectors in on - the job procedures and suggests process improvements or provides other Leadership/Direction in an assembly environment. Communicates clearly, follows policies and procedures. Coordinate all assembly operations within as assembly line, sub-assy area or working group, including the packing area assuring compliance of manufacturing and quality regulations, and products standards. Requisitos:
BA in Business Administration or a related degree. PC skills, strong verbal and written communications skills. Knowledge of corporate specifications and plant standard operating procedures. Knowledge of bill of material process. Must have good documentation practices, and strong interpersonal skills.
2-5 years of experience in manufacturing and on process operation in the medical device and pharmaceutical industry. Available for forth shift and weekends.
