General Description
Evaluate and complete applications under the Loss Mitigation Program in compliance with existing guidelines, procedures, regulations and others.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Dispatch the internal documents of each case as: Title Study, Appraisal, Escrow Analysis and Flood Certification.
Verify that the financial evaluation and the documents delivered by the client comply with the requirements of the investor.
Submit the cases to the investor for due approval.
Submit the cases to the Loss Mitigation Analyst for due Quality Review.
Disclose the approved alternative to the client and provide guidance on the new terms.
Ensure that all documents are available in the file.
Supports all the initiatives in its area of work that allow us to reduce the levels of delinquency in the products. Identifies the loans that represent loss for the business with the purpose of reducing the loss in the loan and in the unit.
Document the steps and stage of each transaction as established.
Education
+ 60 Bachelor's degree credits approved
Experience
At least two (2) years of related experience.
