Logistic Coordinator

-Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and coordinated delivery of all materials and supplies.
-Work with all work teams as directed by the ReHace, Inc. to facilitate the acquisition and delivery or supplies and materials to work sites to ensure that the delivery of supplies and materials are on site at the time that the team arrives.
-Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations
-Keep track of quality, quantity, inventory levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficient use of supplies and materials.
-Provide for safe and secure storage of materials on the work site prior to, during, and throughout the completion of identified work/mission projects.
-Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
-Utilize logistics IT to optimize procedures
-Communicate with suppliers, retailers, customers etc. to achieve profitable deals and mutual satisfaction
Requisitos:
-Proven experience as logistics coordinator -Experience in customer service will be appreciated
-Knowledge of laws, regulations and ISO requirements
-Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes
-Computer-savvy with a working knowledge of logistics and estimating software
-Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities
-Excellent communication in Spanish and English and interpersonal skills
-Wide general knowledge base, networking, and recent interaction with sub-tier vendors, public authorities, and utilities in the region
-Demonstrated ability to establish and build client relationships.
-High level of attention to detail and cost analysis.
-Self-audit of work produced, prior to presentation.
-Above average ability to read & interpret blueprints and specifications.
-Excellent Time Management and Organizational skills.
-Fluent in English and Spanish
