Logistic / Customer Service

Descripción del Empleo:
Actively listen to each customer with patience and courtesy. Responds to customer questions via telephone. Analyzes problems and provides information/solutions. Operates a PC/image station to obtain and extract information. Documents information, activities and changes in the database. Thoroughly documents inquiry outcomes for accurate tracking and analysis. Develops and maintains positive customer relations and coordinates with various functions within the company to ensure customer requests and questions are handled appropriately and in a timely manner. Create orders and monitor PO balances. Create prices changes and offers in system. Create new clients numbers. Create and invoice direct orders; sent client documentation; scan invoices and PO’s; sent client’s COA. Validate daily back-orders.
Requisitos:
BBA or equivalent in experience. Experience with Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and the Internet.
Fully Bilingual
Ability to work effectively in a multi-cultural, constantly changing environment.
Ability to successfully communicate - both verbally and in writing, with internal and external customers.
Ability to follow through and provide excellent customer service.
Strong problem solving skills. Ability to prioritize and multi-task. Must demonstrate sound business judgment and decision-making skills.
