Logistics Operations Coordinator

Descripción del Empleo:
• Check the inventories of finished goods in order to ensure the availability of product for the fulfillment of orders
• Work with the logistics provider (3PL) resources for securing shipments to customers
• Follow-up to the shipments to ensure product availability
• Communication for the processing of Claims related to our products
• Support to meet standards of quality in distributor warehouse and operations to prevent damage to product
• Analysis of the main causes of damaged product and action plan that ensure the reduction of claims in inbound process.
• Management of Claims process and physical revision of damaged product
• Identify areas of opportunity in the operations and make suggestions to generate savings
• Coordinate operations with teams of replenishment, quality and order management to ensure that it complies with the Fill Rate of the customer.
Requisitos:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Engineering
• Experience in the area of logistics
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Fully Bilingual (Spanish and English)
• Knowledge of SAP
• Inventory management experience
• Understand logistics KPI’s – Fill Rate, Days On Hand, Lead Time, On-Time.
