*Responsibilities*

* Manage daily operations of short-term rental properties, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest communications
* Coordinate property maintenance, repairs, and cleaning schedules to ensure optimal condition and guest satisfaction
* Oversee leasing processes, including tenant screening, lease agreements, and renewals in compliance with Fair Housing regulations
* Handle legal administrative tasks
* Utilize property management software such as Airbnb
* Maintain excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries promptly via phone or email and upselling additional services when appropriate
* Ensure compliance with local regulations including Section 8 housing programs and other relevant legal requirements

*Skills*

* Strong knowledge of learning
* Proficiency in property management systems like airbnb google tools
* Experience with real estate administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and contract management
* Excellent customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and conflict management abilities
* Familiarity with landlord administrative procedures
