Luxury Auto Greeter

*Overview*

We are seeking a friendly and welcoming Greeter to join our team. As a Greeter, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and creating a positive experience from the moment they arrive.

*Duties*
* Greet customers as they enter the establishment with a warm and friendly demeanor
* Direct customers to the appropriate department or staff member
* Provide information about current promotions, events, or products
* Assist with basic inquiries and offer assistance as needed
* Maintain a tidy and organized entrance area
* Collaborate with the sales team to enhance the customer experience

*Qualifications*
* Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive customer experience
* Knowledge of retail operations and basic math skills
* Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette
* Ability to upsell products or services when appropriate
* Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems is a plus
* Experience in retail sales or stocking is advantageous
* Proficiency in handling cash transactions accurately
* Willingness to conduct product demonstrations if required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
