Looking for Machine Operators for Non Woven Manufacturer

Positions are located in Clarksville, TN

Company may provide airfare and temporary housing to eligible candidates relocating from Puerto Rico. Positions are full time and permanent.

Relocation is required.

Shifts:Night Shift 7pm – 7am OR Day Shift 7am- 7pm

Pay:$15-16/hr

JOB DESCRIPTION
Maintain a working knowledge of the sequential Control Logic that oversees the operation of the line
Coordinating the activities of others placed on the line.
Ensuring PPE requirements and other safety guidelines are met by all personnel working in the area
Administering of breaks.
Starting Up the machine
Coordinating and performing housekeeping/rework functions.
Overseeing the general staffing requirements on a day to day basis.
Must have good knowledge of computers as job entails data entry reports.
Know quality standards and perform and document quality checks.
Perform routine maintenance procedures.
Perform required steps to complete size and product changeovers.
Perform proper procedure to safely clear jams in all equipment.
Cleanup work area and help others clean their areas if needed.
Perform other related duties as determined by management.
Complete Operator Training, assist with updating Operator training and assist with training others.
Attendance is an essential function of the job.
Must be at the workstation at the beginning of the shift.
Must continuously follow all safety policies and procedures on the job.
Plastics production line multistory machine
Job requires climbing stairs, machine readings, machine maintenance
Occasionally there may be lifting up to 50lbs
Job requires use of computers and access to emails at all times
Twelve hour shifts 36hr/wk. and 48hr/wk.
Full Time Position

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Must be able to stand for long periods of time
Must be willing to submit to Drug Screen
Must be willing to submit to Background Check

EDUCATION

High School Diploma or GED
