Duties:
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans for students in grades 10th to 12th
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Assess students' progress and provide constructive feedback
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and stakeholders to support student development
- Organize and participate in extracurricular activities or events
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field from a recognized university (preferred)
- Teaching certification or license (preferred)
- Proficiency in Spanish and English (if applicable)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to inspire and motivate students
- Prior experience working with middle school students is preferred
