*Overview*
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Cleaner and Maintenance Person to ensure the cleanliness, functionality, and overall upkeep of a 7-suite AIRBNB villa. This role is essential to maintaining high standards for our guests and involves a combination of housekeeping duties and general maintenance work.
*Responsibilities*
* Supervise and coordinate all front-of-house activities to ensure smooth operations.
* Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional manner.
* Breakfast service preparation and shopping.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, bar, and waiting areas.
* Monitor inventory levels of supplies and equipment; place orders as necessary.
* Conduct routine inspections of rooms and facilities to identify any maintenance issues.
* Maintain and clean outdoor areas including gardens, walkways, and poolside.
* Monitor and service heating, cooling, and water systems.
*Requirements*
* Strong knowledge of hospitality management principles and practices.
* Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
* Experience with staff training and development; ability to motivate a team.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Physically fit and capable of lifting, bending, and working on your feet.
* Trustworthy, punctual, and professional in appearance and conduct.
* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
