Maintenance Handyman/ Technician Facilities

-Work in green areas -Maintain warehouse, facilities, surroundings
-Plan and execute wiring/general maintenance projects
-Assist with planning preventative maintenance programs
-Set machinery/equipment to ensure minimal loss
-Conduct preventive maintenance to eliminate hazards/damage
-Repair, replace, reassemble, adjust, test, etc.
-Install equipment, fabricate, and assist with facility upgrades
-Help pull wires and electrical projects
-Maintain HVAC, refrigeration, wiring systems, etc.
-Operate and maintain hand/precision tools
-Order repair parts/supplies
-Coordinate with internal resources/local vendors
-Provide general repair/maintenance (plumbing, carpentry, locksmith, etc.)
-Complete and maintain maintenance records/reports
-Maintain systems to eliminate hazards/equipment damage
-Comply with safety rules
Requisitos:
High School Diploma Handyman Experience (carpentry, construction) The contingent worker will be responsible of the process to expedite the needed driver license when asked. This is requirement of employment.
Availability to work all shifts, weekends & Holidays.
