Requirements
EDUCATION
Vocational or Techinical school graduate
EXPERIENCE .
Experience in maintenance trades, including electrical, plumbing, mechanical and carpentry.
At least one years of progressive experience in hotel, building maintenance required.
Basic technical trade experience on HUAC electrical, plumbing of building maintenace.
Some hospitality experience preferred.
