Maintenance Supervisor

*Overview*

We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. A Maintenance Supervisor oversees and coordinates all aspects of the Casino's maintenance operations, ensuring a safe, comfortable, and functional environment for guests and staff. This includes managing a maintenance team, conducting inspections, implementing preventative maintenance, and handling repairs and renovations. They also ensure compliance with safety regulations and coordinate with other departments to minimize disruptions to guest operations.

*Responsibilities*
* Manage and supervise maintenance staff
* Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and resolve issues
* Coordinate maintenance tasks to ensure operational efficiency
* Implement preventative maintenance procedures
* Maintain inventory of repair equipment and supplies
* Oversee projects related to facility improvements and upgrades

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $26,000.00 per year
