JOB SUMMARY The Spectrum Commission Business Analysis Manager is r esponsible for overseeing business requirements and user acceptance testing execution for the Commission system supporting the Sales and Marketing organization.
This hands-on role will lead the business analyst staff who are collectively responsible requirement gathering and testing/confirmation that said requirements are being delivered.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Actively and consistently supports all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience
Oversee the Change Request intake process and ensure that change requests are properly assessed, have complete requirement documentation and submitted to the IT project team in a timely fashion.
Provide consultative support to business stakeholders to make recommendations for solutions that deliver realistic estimates for task completion
Prioritize and align resources to ensure successful completion of work, including but not limited to delegating work as needed
Ensure requirement documentation is created and maintained
Hire, train and manage performance and development of direct reports to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved and business continuity is maintained
Directly manage and actively contribute to a team responsible for:
Defining business requirements for Commissions processing software through partnership with business stakeholders
Documenting requirements and ensuring appropriate details have been captured
Developing any additional technical requirements to support those business requirements
Tracking delivery of those requirements by the development team
Developing and executing testing of completed development activities against requirements prior to review by the end user.
Performs other duties as requested

Education
BA/BS in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent work experience
Related Work Experience
+5 years of Business Analysis and technical documentation
1 year of Management experience
