Achieve your ambitions—join us at JLL Job Responsibilities Process Management Manages equipment techs and all facilities maintenance and equipment, including immediate needs, as well as a strategic 3-year plan. Budgets for, design and maintain a regulatory compliant program. Reports monthly data/trends. Initiates and completes corrective actions related to pest control in a timely manner. Supports client and regulatory audits on pest control, housekeeping and facility subject matter, CAPA closeouts and audit responses as needed. Primary insurance contact for annual risk management inspections and associated client audits/inspections, including hot work permits, facility sprinkler system maintenance, testing and impairment programs. Responsible for audit report responses and coordination of closing associated action items in a timely manner. Plans, directs, coordinates, and reviews the work of assigned staff; assigns work activities and coordinates schedules, projects, and programs; provides constructive feedback; reviews and evaluates work and makes effective suggestions and recommendations. Develops and implements management program, including periodic inspection, monitoring and maintenance of the system, facilitate audits/ inspections with risk insurers and clients, close open actions in a timely manner. Ensures team members' adherence to all environmental, health and safety SOP's, equipment, policies and procedures, including any department specific requirements. Develops, implements and maintain business processes, standard operating procedures and work instructions and forms according to appropriate regulations for all departments in the facility. Provides technical expertise and resources, cooperating and coordinating with production, engineering, and technical services. Relationship Management Improve safety performance by changing level of awareness and changing behaviors Develop, track and implement energy conservation initiatives and document savings Coaches, trains and motivates staff; coordinates and/or provides staff training; and manages employee relations; manages the workflow and prioritization of work and measures the performance of the facilities maintenance unit and all related staff and takes appropriate corrective action when necessary; provides advice and counsel to staff; develops developmental work plans for staff; implements or recommends corrective actions, discipline and termination procedures as appropriate/necessary. It is the responsibility of all employees to integrate sustainability into everyday business practices. Compliance Plans effective meetings; writes articulate messages; summarizes pertinent information; identifies and clarifies maintenance staff roles and responsibilities as they relate to processes with other working units including Contracts, Human Resources, Finance, etc. Measure and manage client feedback, written and verbal throughout the year Conduct formal and informal relationship meetings with internal and external clients Any and all other duties and tasks assigned. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Bachelor's Degree in Engineer is Required Advanced degree a plus 10 year's facility management experience Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving ability Strong leadership and relationship building skills Excellent verbal / written communication and presentation skills Proven record of providing excellent internal and external customer service Knowledge of standard business and accounting practices Knowledge of Excel and ability to analyze data Organize tools in a lean production system with strong "5S" principles.
